Bill Payment Options
Juneau Utilities has several convenient methods to pay your utility bill.
Drop Box at City Hall
The drop box is located on the front of the building, 150 Miller Street. No envelopes or paperclips necessary. Just place in the secured drop box. Secured drop box available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Pay in Person
Juneau Utilities customers can make cash payments in person at City Hall. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. Closed 12:00 to 12:30 for lunch.
Pay by Mail
Enclose payment with your own stamped envelope and mail to Juneau Utility Commission, PO Box 163, Juneau, WI 53039. If you choose to pay by mail, please send check or money order only. Do not send cash. When paying by mail, be sure to include the bottom portion of the bill with your payment.
Pay at Other Locations
Payments can be made at Hartford Savings Bank and Farmers and Merchants Bank.
You can now pay your utility bill with your credit card or debit card. Click on the link below to make a payment through Payment Service Network. Note: Payment Service Network charges a $2.95 fee for each transaction.
